President of Hall-Lane Moving & Storage for 35 years with experience in executive management, business development, sales and marketing. John elevated Hall-Lane Moving & Storage to one of the largest movers in New York. Instrumental in recognizing the moving needs of our customers and has lead the company to establish programs to meet those needs. Today, John oversees all company operations and continues to improve the services we offer our customers.
C. Alan Hall
Vice President and managing partner of Hall-Lane Moving & Storage with 30 years of experience assisting in the development of our corporate culture to provide total customer satisfaction. [Alan coordinates the deployment of equipment throughout the New York area and trains of our workforce to exceed our customers expectations.]
Michael Higgins
Director of sales joined Hall-Lane Moving & Storage 15 years ago as a sales consultant and quickly became a driving force behind the company’s sales success. In 2000, Michael was promoted to Manager of all Residential Consultants, leading the group to one of the company’s most successful years. In 2004, he was promoted to Director of Sales for all business lines. Michael insists on passion and commitment to ethical practices in selling our moving and storage services.
William Ervin
Director of Operations for Hall-Lane Moving & Storage and Hall-Lane Records Management companies. Bill has 30 years of experience in all phases of the moving and storage industry. Bill’s focus on providing our customers with individual attention has helped propel Hall-Lane as one of the largest moving companies in the New York area.
Susan Hall
Office Manager, 30 years of experience in all aspects of the moving process. As manager Susan heads Hall-Lane’s customer service and quality control departments. Susan’s experience and professional integrity provides the leadership for our outstanding customer service record, leading Hall-Lane Moving & Storage to United Van Lines “Customer Choice Award.” This award is only given to the Best of the Best United Van Line movers.
Daniel Higgins
Supervisor in Commercial Moving Services, Dan has 25 years experience as project manager providing superior leadership and technical support to our workforce. A strong proponent of training, Dan encourages personal development and teamwork. His hard work and positive attitude has lead to countless praises from our corporate and commercial move clients.
