- Pairs and Sets œ If any one item in a set is damaged and cannot be fixed or replaced to match the set, Hall-Lane will replace or pay for the entire set replacement value.
- Mechanical Malfunction œ Hall-Lane stands behind its commitment to care for your equipment. All equipment that is in good working condition before the move will be in the same working condition after the move or it will be repaired or replaced œ even if the cartons do not indicate damage.
- Acts of God œ We'll protect your belongings from loss or damage in the event of a natural disaster during the move.

Claim Assist
In the unlikely event of a claim, after contacting Hall-Lane with a claim inquiry within 30 days of delivery, we will provide you with considerate on-site help. We help you complete your claim form and have repairs made, or may make an on-the-spot settlement for loss or damage of your belongings.

Desitination Connection Assistance

Date Change
We understand better than anyone how difficult coordinating a move can be. Our date change service gives you the flexibility to change your moving date without charge. Waiver of fee is only available with purchase of a Straight Talk Advantage package.

Increased Destination Waiting Time
Sometimes you just cant be in the right place at the right time. Dont worry. Hall-Lane provides you with the flexibility you need. If we arrive at your final destination and youre not there, well wait. The standard free waiting time at destination is two hours and is extended to four hours with the purchase of most Straight Talk Advantage packages.

Additional Delay Payment
Hall-Lane values your time as much as you do. If we pick up or deliver your belongings to your new home or office after the promised time, we will compensate you for the delay. Receive the standard $125 for each day the pickup or delivery is late, or increase the amount to $250 with the purchase of most Straight Talk Advantage packages.

Destination Debris Pickup
You have a lot on your mind after a big move œ cleaning up packing supplies shouldnt be one of them. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery, and well pick up your empty cartons and packing material waste.
